Meet the Staff
Karen Hayes, M.A., Executive Director
Karen has been the Executive Director of Kadlec Neurological Resource Center since May, 2005. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Science from Washington State University/Tri-Cities and a Master of Arts degree in Applied Behavioral Science from City University/Leadership Institute of Seattle. She is a Washington State Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Idaho.
Heidi Hill, Office Coordinator
Heidi began as the Office Manager and Volunteer Coordinator at KNRC in February, 2004. She previously coordinated an outpatient health and wellness program for seniors and was formerly a non-profit administrator. In her early career, she spent 10 years as an archaeologist/historian in the western United States. She has a B.A. in Anthropology, Psych Minor, from Washington State University in Pullman, WA.
Linda Boothe, Resource Librarian
After 10 years as a secretary and homemaker, Linda Boothe began as a volunteer at KNRC in the early 1990’s. As the library grew, and the need for a librarian arose, Linda found herself with new duties. Since 1991, Linda has been an employee of KNRC, currently working two days a week (usually Wednesday and Thursday), as our Resource Librarian.
Sue Linn, Program Assistant
Sue has been the Program Assistant for Kadlec Neurological Resource Center since October 2009. Sue helps to coordinate our many community events. Prior to joining the KNRC staff, Sue worked for the Washington State House of Representatives as a legislative aide, tracking legislation and assisting constituents with their needs. Sue has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Eastern Washington University. She is a mother of two.
Stephanie Ard, Office Assistant
Stephanie joined Kadlec Neurological Resource Center in March of 2010. She works with library materials, office operations, and assists at many of our community events. Stephanie has a BFA in Studio Art from Central Washington University, in Ellensburg, with an Economics minor. She also edits novels and is a practicing local artist.
